Liveability of a city describes the frame of a decent life for all of its inhabitants, taking into account multiple dimensions, from the physical, to the social and the cultural and doing so from a global perspective but being especially thoughtful about the specifics and characteristics of the local situation. It is based on the principle of smart sustainability and is sensitive to nature and the protection of its resources.
By rethinking the approach to how cities are envisioned, we strive to empower the designers as they are the very heart and brains of efforts to ensure and improve the liveability of cities for all of us.
